These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "you", or "User") and slotbesar.cam ("slotbesar", "we", "us", or the "Operator"), governing your access to and use of the online gaming platform accessible at https://slotbesar.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

To register and maintain an Account on slotbesar, you must at all times satisfy each of the following eligibility criteria:

2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

4. No Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or third-party exclusion from gambling services at the time of registration or use.
5. Single Account: You may register only one (1) Account. The registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — is strictly prohibited.
6. Personal Use Only: You must be registering and using the Account solely for your own personal recreational use, and not on behalf of any third party.

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date at all times.

slotbesar applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing any withdrawal request or activating full account privileges. KYC verification requires you to submit clear copies of:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (Malaysian MyKad, passport, or equivalent);
• A selfie or live photo matching your identity document, where requested;
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of registered e-wallet, bank statement header), where required by our compliance team.

KYC verification is normally completed within thirty (30) minutes of document submission during business hours. slotbesar reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time during your account lifecycle, including before processing large withdrawal amounts. Failure to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of a withdrawal request may result in the withdrawal being declined.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. slotbesar will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account as a result of your failure to keep credentials secure. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to our support team immediately.

slotbesar accepts deposits via the following verified Malaysian payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks). Additional payment channels may be made available or withdrawn from time to time without prior notice.

The minimum deposit amount is MYR 30 for most payment methods. The maximum single deposit amount and daily deposit limits are displayed within the deposit interface at the time of transaction. All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in your own legal name — third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

All deposits are denominated and processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. slotbesar is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, banking processing windows, or network failures outside our control.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following requirements being satisfied:

• Any active Bonus attached to your Account must have its associated Wagering Requirements fully met before bonus-related funds are eligible for withdrawal;

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to technical availability. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) typically complete within five (5) minutes; DuitNow and FPX bank transfers typically complete within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes; direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes. These are indicative timeframes — actual processing may vary based on bank operating hours and verification status.

slotbesar reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests exceeding MYR 10,000 per transaction. Such verification checks may extend processing time by up to forty-eight (48) hours. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) compliance measure.

All promotions are governed by these General Terms and Conditions as well as any specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements of between 20x and 30x the bonus amount (specific multiplier disclosed at bonus activation). Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus play are not eligible for withdrawal until all wagering requirements have been satisfied.
2. Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
3. Maximum Bonus Bet: While wagering requirements are active, the maximum permitted single bet using bonus funds is MYR 20. Bets exceeding this limit while bonus funds are the active wallet may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
4. Expiry: Bonuses expire if Wagering Requirements are not completed within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
5. Bonus Abuse: Any form of bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play patterns, or exploitation of perceived errors — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

All games available on the slotbesar Platform are sourced from internationally licensed game studios with certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and audited for fairness. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect long-term theoretical averages across all play sessions and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity failure, or any error that causes a game to terminate abnormally, slotbesar's records shall be the authoritative source of truth for determining the outcome of that game session. slotbesar reserves the right to void bets placed during a technical malfunction and to refund the wagered amount without interest. No claim shall be made against slotbesar for losses arising from genuine technical failures.

For sports betting markets, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as confirmed by the governing body. In-play bet settlement is subject to the rules specific to each market. slotbesar reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the slotbesar Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Colluding with other Players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Abusing bonus promotions through systematic play patterns designed to generate guaranteed profit while meeting wagering requirements;
• Using payment methods or funds belonging to any person other than the registered Account holder;
• Any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication directed at slotbesar staff or other users.

slotbesar reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms and Conditions, is subject to a fraud investigation, or poses a risk of financial crime.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, slotbesar will freeze the Account Balance during the investigation period. If the investigation confirms a breach of these terms, the Account Balance may be forfeited in full. If the investigation finds no breach, the Account will be reinstated and the Balance released within a reasonable timeframe.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting our support team. Upon voluntary closure, any Real Money Balance (net of active bonus amounts subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within ten (10) business days.

slotbesar is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. The Platform is intended solely for entertainment purposes. Gambling should never be used as a means of generating income, addressing debt, or coping with emotional distress.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any licence or right to reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of slotbesar. Unauthorised use of Platform content is a breach of these terms and may constitute infringement of intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, slotbesar's total cumulative liability to any Player arising from or in connection with this Agreement — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

slotbesar shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions; (d) disruption to services caused by events beyond slotbesar's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, regulatory actions, cyber-attacks, or telecommunications failures.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While slotbesar takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability and security, we do not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which slotbesar holds its primary gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or arbitral tribunals designated under our licensing framework.

In the first instance, Players wishing to raise a complaint or dispute should contact our support team at the email address provided in Section 16. We commit to acknowledging all formal complaints within twenty-four (24) hours and to providing a substantive response within five (5) business days.

slotbesar reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide Players with reasonable notice via the email address registered to their Account or via a prominent on-Platform notification, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change.

The version number and effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the current version of this Agreement. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
